What we answer

We answer bug reports, crashes, logs and feedback about Babygirl.

How-to questions, help with your Second Life account, and questions about Second Life itself get a link to our FAQ instead. We don't give one-on-one help with those.

When something goes wrong

1. Open the Start menu, then Babygirl > Send Babygirl logs. It puts a zip on your Desktop. Nothing is sent by itself.
2. Write to us: what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected. Attach that zip. Alpha testers: post it in the alpha's Discord channel instead.

The zip holds Babygirl's logs, your settings file and your PC's basic specs. It never holds your password, your chat or your IMs. The privacy page lists exactly what is in it.

Your Second Life account

We can't help with your Second Life account itself: password resets, billing, Linden dollars, or account restrictions. For those, contact Linden Lab through Second Life support.
